RESEARCH INTERESTS: My current research interest is the development of integrated circuits for Radio Frequency aplications in CMOS technology. This include the theoretical analysis of the problems presents in use CMOS, like the modelament, design and implementation of the differents circuits for practical applications. The study of new architectures for transceivers with low power, include the digital signal processing circuits and you integration in a system-on-chip SOC, are others interest areas.
